I made an online order on 11-4-24 and was supposed to arrive on the 18th and got an update that it was delayed to the 19th and yet delayed again and tracking the item is just saying in transit with no further updates from the dealer or any explanations on why for the delay, very poor communication and salesman ship of this company.
