Packaging was perfect! No damage whatsoever!!! Great Job and fast!

This arrived sticky and greasy, with at least one small hair stuck to the jar. It's been opened and there's no security seal or anything. It's like someone stole this out of a bathroom drawer and decided to sell it online.

This is a joke there is nothing in the tubes!! What a rip off . I would like a refund. I never do a review but I had to on this product.

Do not think it is a authentic Kiehl’s product. The hand cream came with a really bad strange smell. Returned. Buyer be aware.

I received this machine on February 3, 2025. I unpacked the machine. It did not look like a new machine. It had the 'shipping tapes' in the correct places, however it was missing items. There was no power cord, no phone cord, no CD software and no Start up Guide. Those items were supposed to come with the machine. I contacted the seller. I have not received a response, or the missing items.

Took a while. Thought the order was lost but it finally came.

Received fairly quickly, packaged well and great product.

Good packaging, shipping was a little slower than usual for today’s standards.
