Scam seller. I purchased this scooter for my daughter for her birthday and it didn’t take charge. So I requested to return it for one that actually works and this seller wants to beat around ever bush possible. He asked me to go buy a vault tester and test the scooter myself as im some electrician or something. This seller is scum please steer far away from this one if you know what’s best for you

Zero stars. I will give a better review if they fix the issue. Their number does not seem to connect. I was emailing for a few days with someone, sending videos and pictures as they requested with what the issue was. Then going on a week with no response, I reached back out and all of a sudden the email is no longer valid. I would just like a replacement scooter for my son who got it for Christmas!

Item absolutely NOT as described. For the money i spent for it to give as a gift...So disappointed and embarrassed over the bike. No power. No speed. It was only supposed to go 15mph but hes k ucky to get 7 or 8mph...He cant even take it to the Walmart, right next door and carry his groceries on the bike because it doesnt have enough power to allow for the extra weight of the groceries. Like I said, its the most embarrassing gift that I've given in my life. We are both disabked so taking it back is too much of hardship then its worth. Anyway, DO NOT purchase this bike. SAVE YOUR MONEY. ITS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. I would have given 0 stars but it is not an option.
