Item was not shipped in a box, rather it was shipped in a plastic shipping bag. Bag was torn open ,with item damaged. Antlers are chipped, paint scaped off, nose of dog was broke. If it had been shipped in a box with bubble wrap it would not have been damaged. I am returning for full refund.
