I'm going to give this seller a 3 because I reached out to the seller about 3 days ago expressing my dissatisfaction with a sock order. I ordered a specific brand, yet I was sent a sock that looks like it's been washed and relabeled, not even as the same brand. I was informed when 4 out of the 8 pairs that I ordered were out of stock and that I was being refunded. I was disappointed but whatever, things happen. According to their email the remainder of my order was on its way. GREAT! As these were the colors and brand that I really wanted. Im really hoping to hear from the seller soon to get this resolved.

Did great job taking extra special precaution of wrapping item to make sure it arrive intact. Much appreciate Zoebeautysuppply! USPS was slower but I guess since it’s cheaper than UPS I can’t complain especially in this economy. So no complaints are given. I noticed how carefully the item was wrapped and packaged. And that made me smile. We do notice and we do care! So thanks!
