Better than described - 99% Battery Health The 2023 M2 MacBook Air arrived in just a couple of days and was in better condition than expected. While "Like New" is usually rated at 80% battery health, this unit came with 99% capacity and a very low cycle count of 50. No visible nicks or scratches on the body. The initial charger was a bit slow, but I contacted the seller and they sent out a MagSafe charger immediately without any hassle. Good price and solid service.

Item description wasn't true for condition and battery life. But for the value of the phone and it work I'm still happy with it. Thank you.

Terrible. “Refurbished” phones dont last a month without problems then comes the inconvenience of being without a phone now that it has to be repaired! Another company that couldn’t care less about the consumer as long as they get their money! I will runaway fast if I ever see this seller on Walmart again!! What a compete waste of money and time!

Fast delivery, product was packaged nicely. Got delivered a day early!

Sent me a phone that literally had a piece moving around inside it. On top of that the phone they sent me didn't even recognize the battery because they didn't set it up properly. Overall, a waste of money and time.

Nothing tells you that a signature is required at delivery. was not home when it showed up so they sent back to shipping warehouse and had to play game for 3 days to get it delivered again.

Says refurbished, okay. But says “like new”. This item has a gash in the corner like it was dropped and not like-new. Incorrect description and I would not have purchased if accurately described.

What a piece of crap. The keys didn’t work, the charger was crap. This company need to be closed. Liars and cheats!
