I stopped getting all bad symptoms with in days with taking the day and pm patches as well as the cool comfort patches as night for night time hot flashes!! This works better than the ashwagandha vitamin supplements.. I still was getting hot flashes with taking ashwagandha !! These patches changed everything

Slightly dishonest. No picture of how much of each vitamin is given. When you get product, get your magnifying glass out and see how tiny the dosages are. I bought multivitamin patches and Omega 3 plus patches. Plus what? Big joke miniscule dosages. Ludicrous and ridiculous. I'm returning. I feel it's dishonest to not be straightforward in the beginning about dosages. Great concept but product is lacking and therefore so it PatchMD.

They just didn’t work for me so my surcharge for a good sleep aid that works for me continues I should have known nothing with Melatonin has ever worked for me Didn’t even work a little I even tried two patches at the same time but I still try every time I come across something I haven’t tried yet. Well I can mark this one as another tried but didn’t work.
