USPS confirmed product was not shipped when I was given message that it was. Later, I received a message from Walmart that there was a shipping delay. No response from Hazel Tech Corp., the shipper. There was a snowstorm in the area while I was waiting for the bowls, but it had not started prior to product not being shipped as promised or stated that they were on their way. Bad shipper.

When package arrived, it was poorly boxed and the actual purchased item looked like it had been all over the world and back. We had to tape up the box to hold it all together.
