Excellent communication, accurate description--looks and works just as expected. Shipping was on-time and my wife was happy with her gift on Christmas!

The first mattress I purchased had a leak. The seller replaced it immediately wo having to return. Received the replacement that week.

Pump comes with 12v car lighter adapter and some new cars do not have them. Should include usb-c interface.

Item received was not as described. Description clearly states "porcelain serving platters" and I received melamine platters. Very disappointed.

I have to say it does heat up very well. The only thing is it gets really hot after an hour so I unplugged it. Yes, the back of it gets hot running up for about an hour. It does heat up. The only thing is it has a very short cord. I do not recommend if you’re gonna put this on the floor in your bedroom anything near it will get hot and it’ll probably catch on fire, but the cord does need to be longer so you can move it away from objects around, but you don’t have that option because of the fact the court is so short Other than that it heats I do say that, but I do not recommend leaving it plugged in for a very long time because the top of it gets very hot I just have a timer on it, but I don’t recommend running it for four hours because it’ll probably catch on fire Safety is everything for me

this broke the knifes inside that mix , not made as good as I remember
