Everything was super good! I got the product fast and on time. Nothing was wrong with the tripod head. And infact they had the description on the title of the screw size, but Im the one who messed up and missed that part, to figure out, that it was a different size screw then the screw my tripod has.

They are a quick shipper. Box came in good condition.
