Will not respond for refund, I can’t use this for it is way to small

did not cancel order minutes after it was ordered. because of a mistake. this purchase is unauthorized. basically stealing from my credit card.

The bag itself is quite nice and seems well made but I'll never get to find out because they didn't include the metal rack that mounts it onto the bicycle... all the photos show the rack as part of the package and no where in the advertisement does it say "rack not included" Deceptive? you decide. Bright Note, Walmart refunded money upon notifying them.

I believe the height according to the picture was misleading

Was so easy to put together, doesnt take up a lot of floor space, holds lots of clothes for its size. Shoes on bottom, storage baskets in middle and clothes on top. We are purchasing 2 more for seasonal clothing storage. So inexpensive, we paid full price for one then they went on sale, then a price slash down to $ 14. Couldnt ask for any better than that.

I did, however, receive the disappointing product.

Bags were exactly as advertised, came on time and in fine condition, were easy to use, and worked!
