Great bag, but the purple is very very bright. Too bright for me.

They do not process refunds like they say in their policy I am still waiting on a refund from a package that was delivered to the wrong address… They will respond to your email once and not respond back again …they did that to me after asking for the order number …still no answer from them

It comes in plain cardboard box that says skateboard and the item is bubble wrapped which kept it from being marred in traveling. Item came timely. Great gift for kids.

Purse arrived just fine and other than that I did not deal with them.
