It's a good starter piano but it is not as advertised. I bought this keyboard for my daughter who is taking lessons, the specifically asked for a weighted keyboard. After doing research and shopping around to it seemed like the best deal for what I was looking for. When it arrived it was very well packaged and came in a black zipper case. My daughter loved it, except it wasn't fully weighted. Actually its not weighted at all .. and for someone who is learning to play a weighted piano it makes a big difference. I was unsatisfied because I was advertised a weighted keyboard but was sold something else. The keyboard is nice, just not what I bought.

You pack a flat head screw driver but it uses philips screws. I have bought 2 and each time you sent the wrong screw driver.

Responded within 24 hours to email with photos of shipping damage. Would recommend.

But I’m gonna continue to order merchandise that I need thanks happy up til then
