They sent me the wrong product. I contacted them twice to talk to them about that and see whst i needed to do about getting a refund. They wouldn't answer the phone or respond to my emails.

Apparently, these were not packaged correctly to arrive safely. Two of the four were broken.

Seller descibed the item exactly as described and delivered in a timely manner. Packaged well and included a package slip. They deserve a five star rating.

I am only considering my assumption, as my problem, these items might be in short supply, relating to tje price.

I did not have any communication with this Seller. The 15 watt bulbs are listed accurately. I was glad to find them as 15 watt is not easy to find anywhere near local stores. We use them for lanai lamps. Puts out just enough light, doesn’t light up the whole patio which is how we like it.

The Keystone ballast was exactly what we needed. It arrived sooner that expected. We are very pleased with this item
