I was flummoxed. While it was easy to order, I received an email saying that it would arrive via USPS. USPS emailed me that the item was delivered. When I questioned this, I was informed that the item had been sent instead via FedEx, and would be delivered by end of day, Monday, 16 Aug 20. FedEx doesn't deliver to residences on Mondays. Checking, I found that the item would be delivered by end of day, Tuesday. By then I did not need the item. I cancelled the item.
