Purchased a cider kit and a mead kit. The cider kit included yeast didn’t activate so I checked the date and it was expired, I had to dump out and waste that gallon of apple juice to start a new batch with new juice and active yeast I purchased from somewhere else and it started fermenting immediately. The mead kit carboy was absolutely filthy with a hazy slime coating the inside that had to be throughly washed which makes me think it was used, then returned and then just re-sent to the next customer. Overall, not happy at all and would not purchase again.

About this review:Walmart fulfilled this order and the fulfillment issues were not the fault of the seller.

Very annoyed that I have to go on the website. To put in a code to claim the scoby when in the description, it said that the scoby, the whole part of this kombucha is included in every starter kit. So we can't do anything until we go online claim. I didn't even go through the process yet. But I'm very annoyed that I don't have all the ingredients needed right in the starter kit. Falsly Advertised. Not okay.
