Really bad quality and xxxL was more like a medium

I didn't reach out to the seller, but my item shipped fast and was very well packaged.

I ordered the small one and saw that they were going to send medium. I sent a message to cancel because it had not shipped yet. but they sent me a message to try it anyway even though I told them I know that it won't fit my dog who is only 5 lbs. that's really wrong of them and now I have to do a return. probably won't be able to get it in x small for my little doggy.

Bad shipping experience!! The Necklace has broke already!! Wouldn't recommend spending your money on these items.

Company delivered what was advertised on time and in good condition.

Since this is my first time ordering something from SHIYAO INC I don't have much to go off of except for this time, but my experience was great, the sweater is super comfortable and doesn't get wrinkled easily so it is easy to wear.

Quality product at a great price. But shipping was slow.

shipping was fine, and arrived first among a group of eight earbuds ordered simultaneously.
