I would suggest The Dude needs to use more protective packaging when shipping the excessively fragile cases used for UHD and BD theses days, especially those made by Viva, as the case arrived badly broken: the top banner is smashed-in and the latches won't hold the case closed. But this case also had all the telltale signs of being a studio rewrap, so Universal may be to blame as they have a well-established track-record of putting returns back into circulation without so much as replacing the broken parts that they were likely returned for to begin with. The disc still appears to work fine though. As much as it pains my OCD to put a UHD disc into one of the extra standard blue BD cases I have on hand, that's what I'll have to do, as this case is not salvageable.
