Urban Ambiance

I tried to cancel this order less than 24 hours after I made it, as it was mis-addressed (as has happened with Walmart before: they sent it to my billing address instead of mailing address.) Having been told on the phone it had been cancelled, I then got a slew of emails telling me it had been shipped. This is impossible, it will end up who knows where? And I just want my money back.
