I ordered 2 MacBooks, but ended up not needing one of them. The one I returned didn't have a charger included. The seller had initially said I needed to return a charger since every computer they sell comes with one. In the end, Steve took the computer back and gave me a full credit without the charger. Even though it was my fault for ultimately not informing them of the missing charger, the seller made me whole again. They will definitely have my business again for being so understanding.
