Can I pay off my purchase early?
Yes—there’s no penalty for paying early.
How do I make my payments?
You can make individual payments and set up autopay using the OnePay website or app (available on iOS and Android). OnePay will also send reminders before payments are due.
Are there any impacts to my credit score?
There are no impacts to your credit score when you apply. Klarna & Bank Partners perform a soft credit check which does not affect your credit score & will not be visible to other lenders. Klarna shares information about loans & your repayment activity with credit bureau, TransUnion such as if you pay on time, or make late payments or fail to pay. For now, the shared data will not impact your score, as it is only visible to you. Other institutions currently are not able to view the payment history on your loan/s
Can I return an item I purchased with OnePay?
Yes, you can return an item you bought with OnePay by starting the return process with Walmart.
Do I need a mobile number or SSN to apply?
You’ll need a U.S. phone number and a tax ID or SSN.

If I make a purchase in a store, what happens if I spend less than the amount I am approved for?
Your loan will be reduced to the amount that you actually spend, and you’ll only be charged based on that amount.
