Ingredients
1 cup Chobani® Coffee Creamer Sweet Cream
2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
1 cinnamon stick or ½ tsp ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
1 shot espresso, freshly brewed
Directions
1. In a pot over medium-high heat, add in the Coffee Creamer, ginger & cinnamon. Cook, whisking frequently, until the mixture is hot & foamy. (Be careful to not let the mixture boil as the creamer may split.)
2. Remove from heat & use a strainer to remove the ginger & cinnamon stick (if using). Pour the mixture into a mug & add in the hot espresso. Garnish with grated or ground cinnamon. Enjoy immediately!
