Can I put my child's plush toy in the washing machine?

Most plush toys are safe to machine wash on a low temperature setting. Make sure you remove any non-washable parts and avoid the spin cycle. If your plush has any parts that may get caught or cause damage to other washing, wash in a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase.

Can I put new batteries in my talking doll?

Most dolls that use batteries that can be changed when they run out. As these are children’s toys, the battery compartment will need to be opened with a screwdriver to keep batteries out of a child's reach. Some singing or talking dolls run on button batteries, which may or may not be possible to replace. These types of batteries do however last a long time.

Can I be sure I won’t get a figure I already have if I buy a mystery tin?

Unfortunately, you can’t tell which toy is in the mystery tin. Part of the excitement is that it is unknown and a surprise. You may be able to narrow it down by the series of the mystery tin, but you’ll never know exactly what you're going to get until you buy it.
