Rid your skin of wrinkles, fine lines, stretch marks, and acne scars with a derma roller. Think about where you want to use the derma roller since this determines the length of the needles you should use. Don't use needles over 1.5mm on your face because it can be dangerous.

Look for derma rollers with titanium needles, which are strong and sharp. Rollers with needles made of surgical steel can rust, dull, and bend.

Choose a roller with a large number of needles. Those with around 200 needles don't provide the coverage that those with over 500 needles do, and they require you to spend a lot more time rolling them over the area to get the same results.
