2. Locate the battery compartment, usually under the seat or footrest.
3. Disconnect the battery cables, starting with the negative terminal to avoid short circuits.
4. Remove the old battery carefully, noting its size and specifications.

Lithium batteries and AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) batteries each have advantages for mobility devices:

• Lithium batteries are lighter, have longer lifespans, and provide consistent power output. They often include built-in management systems that protect against overcharging and overheating.
• AGM batteries are more affordable upfront, maintenance-free, and reliable for moderate use. They are heavier and generally have shorter cycle lives compared to lithium options.
