How does a confetti popper work?

Confetti poppers are used with compressed nitrogen that is stored at the bottom of the popper. Nitrogen is released when pulling a string or turning the popper to activate the release of the nitrogen. With the speed of the cannon, it pushes the confetti out from the top of the tube.

Is confetti eco-friendly?

Confetti is not eco-friendly and metallic and plastic confetti is not biodegradable. Paper confetti may biodegrade in two to four months. Confetti needs to be picked up after use. If not cleaned up, it is dangerous to wildlife. Animals can be attracted to all the colors, which makes them eat it. Also, confetti can end up in ponds, rivers, or creeks, putting marine life at risk.

How far do confetti cannons shoot?

Confetti cannons can shoot up to up to 12 meters. If needed, cannons can be replaced with streamers to increase the distance up to 25 meters for a dramatic effect. If shot up in the air, the effect of confetti "flying" can last up to 20 to 25 seconds.
