Ordered item on Sept 29.  Today is Oct 13 and I still do not have a good delivery date after 2 weeks.  One web site said I should get it on Oct 11.
Amazing it is such a small item that one could easily put in a manila envelope.  Will not buy anything more from bic warehouse.  I wish Walmart would drop this supplier.

Prompt delivery, solid packaging, no pricy shipping charges on these...THANKS! I won't automatically avoid things sold by Bic now that I know at least sometimes, shipping won't raise the price by 33% as it did before (some things the shipping was half again as much as the item before). Pleasant & welcome policy change.

All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number. Orders returned without a Return Authorization will not be refunded. Dont believe all the negative feedback you read!  I read it after I purchased the pad and I found that the company was very helpful and I received the heating pad well BEFORE the anticipated delivery date in perfect condition and the communication with the company was just fine.  I would buy from them again.
