Prompt delivery, solid packaging, no pricy shipping charges on these...THANKS! I won't automatically avoid things sold by Bic now that I know at least sometimes, shipping won't raise the price by 33% as it did before (some things the shipping was half again as much as the item before). Pleasant & welcome policy change.

Ordered item on Sept 29. Today is Oct 13 and I still do not have a good delivery date after 2 weeks. One web site said I should get it on Oct 11.
Amazing it is such a small item that one could easily put in a manila envelope. Will not buy anything more from bic warehouse. I wish Walmart would drop this supplier.

The order wasn't even processed until 9/14 (five full days after order was placed) and expected delivery was given as 9/16. NOW it is between 9/16 and 9/26. IF they do something to correct this, I will consider changing my review.grandmadan

Hopefully the stock will increase as this is a color and brand I would purchase again and also buy as a gift for others who crochet and knit.Beverly

While I did get this during the expected shipping time, it was the last day of expected shipping. A bit disappointing but that may be due to my past experience of exceptional shipping time. When it was delivered and I got the email, then I was told that it had to be returned to Bic Supply if I needed to but that I would be charged the shipping and I wouldn't get 100% refund so it would end up costing me more than the pitcher itself. So I kept it.KLynch

The only down side is they take quite a while to receive - like two weeks when I could have them in two days with Amazon Prime. But I'm okay with that since they are cheaper.Jamie

I found these on Walmart.com and ordered them right away but because they were sent directly from Bic Warehouse the shipping time was longer than expected. You tear open a package and you don't expect two yellow and red liquids to burst on to your shirt and pants. and then the ITEM you sent was not usable. Then when we call you ask for photos? Wow.. Thanks bicDisappointed
