Prompt delivery, solid packaging, no pricy shipping charges on these...THANKS! I won't automatically avoid things sold by Bic now that I know at least sometimes, shipping won't raise the price by 33% as it did before (some things the shipping was half again as much as the item before). Pleasant & welcome policy change.

Ordered item on Sept 29. Today is Oct 13 and I still do not have a good delivery date after 2 weeks. One web site said I should get it on Oct 11.
Amazing it is such a small item that one could easily put in a manila envelope. Will not buy anything more from bic warehouse. I wish Walmart would drop this supplier.

After several emails, it then took multiple phone calls only to then be told they couldn't fill my order in a timely fashion. I requested a refund and sought better service elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Jl74

They should be better about their estimate. Also they said they couldn't mail it a Post Office box, but the product was small, and they mailed it by USPS.reviewer
- 1 out of 5 stars review11/07/2016Order lists the wrong item size. The company - BIC Warehouse - sent an item. I originally took it to Wal Mart, but they could not return/refund. I contacted the company. After several emails, and me having to explain and prove that I was right, they finally agreed to send me a refund. I can't believe that BIC Warehouse would give me such a hassle about an item that costs $6.73!!!dissatisfied
- 5 out of 5 stars review10/25/2016Smooth sales process. Shipping required a few days longer than it seemed it should, but it came on the date, or perhaps a day prior to the day advertised. We've seen this on other orders from other companies so perhaps it is normal for shipments to sit somewhere for a few days during the shipping process.Litup

To try and return it they will charge you a minimum of a 15% percent restocking fee plus shipping. Dont deal with this company.YoullRegretIt

I suppose I am a little spoiled by the Amazon prime free 2 day shipping, though actually 3 days. The packaging was fine. Anyway, it was a good value and not readily available on online shopping. Overall, I'm pleased.MrHandsome

It is being replaced after having to send a few pictures of the damage but it will take weeks for replacement I will say the company was very easy to work with and very apologeticturkdad
