my DVD came brand new with Saran wrap on it might be a pre-owned and packages way for resale I don't know I am very happy with the seller it is exactly what I wanted it is in great condition and it completes my set of the extended versions so I no longer need to pay for HBO thank you

the movie came in a brown envelope..not bubble wrapped ,but the movie case came in plastic wrap that maintain the case in good condition not damaged ..or scratches...thank you bobs video

I got this order 3 days after I ordered it, which is a very fast turnaround. The video was mailed in a padded recyclable mailer which protected it from damage during shipping. I'm pleased with the order.
