They did not send everything that is shown in the picture. I understand it is refurbished, but if it isn't included, it shouldn't be shown in the ad.

    The delivery was quick, no complications. Great packaging, snug and fit, perfectly proportioned. Opened'er up and gave'er a quick warmup as directed, and really enjoyed the thick slots and heating-up responsiveness. Named'er Red, and Red is always red-dy to get hot when you need it.

    It's okay, I have never had an expensive Dutch oven so I can't say. But I think you should just spend the money for a good one if you can. For a poor man Dutch oven this is good enough. I find that food sticks to much and I have had to scrub, but I try not to scrap to hard. It's still doing okay after a few months.

    I like everything about this appliance. It is very easy to clean after use because the plates are removable and can be washed with soap and water. There is nothing that I dislike about this produce.
