They deliberately sent wrong unit hoping I wouldn't notice. This would have damaged my computer. The box and unit I bought look totally different then the one I received. This was not a "mistake"

So when I discovered one set (I ordered two settings) had five salad forks and three dinner forks, I asked for an exchange for another dinner fork. I was told that was not possible but I could return one set or get a credit of 20% off for the set. I took the credit and hope to someday complete my dinner fork ensemble.JoseWales
