Absolutely great! There was a hiccup in the shipment at first. USPS almost sent my product back to Noble Planet, not being able to read my address. All was resolved and I received it an extra day later. Everything in the item box was there, and in “new” condition as stated in the product summary.

I don't like how you ship your products and how the phone screen was cracked and the camra was scuffed up and they charged me $739.97 for that and thought i was gonna be happy about that. Also they still haven't given me my money back when it was suppose to be here on the 16th and had excuses for why it hasn't been returned. and tried to act like i didn't return the phone so always have your tracking number and order number because they will say we don't see it in our system that it was returned.

It wasn’t until a day ago when I needed to use the Flashlight I found out it does not work! I was so disappointed especially for the amount of money I paid for this phone for something not to work. The phones should be inspected more and not sold if they have a major defect like this.Annie
- 1 out of 5 stars review03/01/2024Phone came with a horrible scratch that’s so deep your nail can catch it. Scratches are normal with refurbished devices but this was unacceptable. Normally a screen protector hides blemishes, you can still see this scratch under the screen protector. If my daughter was so adamant about keeping it bc she didn’t want to wait for another, I would’ve returned this device.James
