System purchased in November 2016, arrived undamaged and booted up out of the box. It had MS updates installed through March 2016 so I didn't have to download several years of updates like with some other refurb vendors. Had latest Dell BIOS but did need a driver update for the Ethernet port that was available on Dell support website.

No I would not. This is a replacement for the 1st computer they sent me.It had a bad hard drive so I sent it back.I sure wish they would have just fixed that one.It worked great for the 3 days it actually worked.Had everything working on it.This 2nd one is a big fat headache !!!!! They are trying but nothing is fixing the problem. I have lost all hope of it actually running properly !

I don't know but it seems like JSM Computer does a better job than the other vendors. I recommend JSM Computers.

Did speak with seller and Dell monitor is on it's. JSM Computer representative was very helpful. Hopefully no issues when new monitor arrives

you have to wait hours for help from jsm, and in my case the next day to find that they were still of no help.
