Never received the item I ordered. I received the wrong item and had to send it back thinking you would send me what I ordered , but no , I got an email that the cost of the item would be put back on my card. So I still don't have what I wanted. Will never order from you or Walmart again. Very disappointed

Got here on time and in good condition. All good.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by Purchase Pals prior to returning. Purchase Pals allow returns for most merchandise within 30 days of the date delivered according to tracking information. Merchandise eligible for a return must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Procedure

Request a return by contacting us through a return request on your order details. 

You will be provided with an RMA and all necessary return instructions. This will come in a separate email from UPS. If you don't see the email, please check your spam. Return approvals typically take 1 business day to receive your label via email.

Product Condition

Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory-packedaccessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.). The merchandise must be in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.

Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return. Products that are returned with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our records.

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the customer's responsibility. 

Please save all tracking information and receipts for returned merchandise.

Buyer's Remorse

Buyer's Remorse refers to any return that is not a result of damage, defect, or error. As the customer, you assume responsibility for all return costs in the event of returns due to buyer's remorse.

Defective

An item returned as defective and is deemed ?defective? by our returns department is eligible for a refund/replacement with the standard 30 day return period.

Damaged in Shipping

All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately. Purchase Pals must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 1 business day of the date of receipt.

Limitations on Returns

Items are not eligible for a return after 30 days of delivery date. Purchase Pals will not investigate issues initiated after 60 days of the delivery date

Purchase Pals is not responsible for any stolen or lost merchandise once it has been received by the customer. Additionally, Purchase Pals is not responsible for any item that is sold to a third party.

Never able to speak with anyone, only option is to leave a message.  Have left SIX messages over the past three weeks with two different phone numbers to contact me and have heard nothing.  Very frustrating, especially since I am looking to get my $114 refunded.

I never received the item in the mail.  I contacted the merchant (Purchase Pals LLC) and gave them the order number and they promptly issued a credit my account which should appear in a few days.  They were great about communicating to me through email and I am very pleased with their customer service.

Wal-mart should not have this vendor on there shopping list, this is the kind of business  that will keep people from even shopping at wal-mart . They don't know how to fix there own mistakes, they are rude, nasty, & disrespect , which is not a way to run a company.

Just from the one purchase I made, I would never buy from this seller again. I imagined a ring that was marked down from 250$ to 17$ would be a decent ring. But so very disappointed in the quality as I probably could've gotten better quality from a quarter machine.
