Never received the item I ordered. I received the wrong item and had to send it back thinking you would send me what I ordered , but no , I got an email that the cost of the item would be put back on my card. So I still don't have what I wanted. Will never order from you or Walmart again. Very disappointed

    I purchased through Walmart.com. When I went to return the item the third party company makes you leave a voice mail message and no one got back! I called Walmart and they got involved. Soon after that I received my return mailing label via email.

    I got the wrong patterned tote. I emailed purchase pals and the next day, they sent me the wrong one again. It took over a week to get return shipping labels. I'm done.

    This product was 10 days late arriving and slice I called the day I was suppose to receive it, to find out where it was, I got told it wasn't shipped out yet. The lady wouldn't even help change anything to make it right.

    No trouble with ordering or delivery except I wanted these sun glasses sooner than later and I had to wait much longer than I expected. The fact the first pair broke the very first day I wore them did not make it my best shopping experience

    Poor order return service These slippers are not what I expected and have contacted the seller twice. The seller promised to send the instructions for returning the item and I have not heard from them and it has been two weeks now.

    Took to long to get here.The postal service said the address was unreadable.The package traveled thru more cities than was necessary.Caused me a lot of time and trouble getting it.I wanted it as a gift ,It came to late for that!

    Very inconvenient return policy. Fortunately the local Walmart store took the item back but according to the policy they weren't supposed to and you only have 30 days or you're out of luck.

    I ordered online off the Walmart website . Shipping was supposed to arrive the 27th of July . They give you tracking number to use but it doesn't even keep track haha ain't that lame?! Anyway today is August 1st and I still haven't got it

    It's been nearly 2 and a half weeks since my order and nothing has arrived and no communication from the seller. I will not purchase anything from Walmart ever again.
