Polite and kept apologizing that the product didn't meet expectations and admitted that these cushions had very soft filling but charged me $117 for shipping to return them. I was still talking and the person hung up on me. I got frustrated and paid the shipping and sent the cushions back. Will never purchase anything from Wayfair again.

But CS departments have an script like hampsters they can't go out of it. I understand that. Hope they at least they improve on the way the vendor describe items. With my case.Merybella

Shipping was FAST, no damage, packed well, and shopping experience was easy. I will continue to look for other items on Wayfair, so long as the same great service and experience remains.GIJaneDoe

I did find right after ordering through Walmart that I had received a coupon by email from Wayfair for signing up with them to receive notices, so wish I had caught that in time to use, but could not beat the easy order and very fast delivery of this chair. Grandson will love it and should fit for a few years.Gran

So surfed online three mos later and saw an even better one, even better in person. My husband and kids love the feel of the soft fabric like texture. This is just what our living room needed. - 1 out of 5 stars review11/18/2016Not happy customer - Walmart site said to arrive by date. Wayfair took 3 days to ship and then item sat in AZ. Those 3 plus days caused me a hardship. plus when item arrived the box was in bad shape and when i removed it, it was too small for a cat to lay in either of the 2 places and it is very low. I just wasted $70.unHappy
