Polite and kept apologizing that the product didn't meet expectations and admitted that these cushions had very soft filling but charged me $117 for shipping to return them. I was still talking and the person hung up on me.  I got frustrated and paid the shipping and sent the cushions back. Will never purchase anything from Wayfair again.

Everything thing was so good, I purchased a gallon stainless steel vegetable steamer from Wayfair, that I also love.

They delivered but were very dry. A good morning would have been okay to say instead of just dropping and walking off.. I guess the job is to deliver and not talk. Other than that it was delivered and the box was broken but I had all required pieces.

Delivery from Wayfair was exceptional. I ordered with the idea that my item would be delivered the first week of March. That was according to Walmart. Reality is that I received the trampoline a day earlier than Wayfair projected. It arrived the day BEFORE my son's birthday. Shipped across the country in 4 business days. Very pleased with Wayfair.
