Received the wrong model. Seller is IMPOSSIBLE to contact. Walmart cannot process the return because the UPC on the item received does not match the UPC for the correct item (They shipped the wrong one). When I was finally contacted by Triplenet pricing there was no communication just a UPS label. I want the original unit I paid for (because it was bought on sale) NOT a refund!!!

Returned bulbs at Walmart with Triplenet Pricing charging me for one of the two bulbs saying they received the wrong item. A disconnect between Walmart and Triplenet Pricing that I cant get resolved. - 1 out of 5 stars review01/05/2024Very unsatisfied with this Intex product. On the top of the instructions it says in capital letters: DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO STORE. Below it instructs the purchaser to call for assistance. I called and waited for a while and asked why there was no pump to blow the air sofa. He said the one I got didn`t come with one and that I had to buy the PUMP only from them as no other pump would work right. He could sell me one and it would arrived in about a week or so. I really feel taken advantage of by Intex. They are a terrible company. I have three more Walmart bought items coming to my new apartment. Thankfully none are from Intex.Alan

- 1 out of 5 stars review12/12/2023Merchandise has been used. The can has a masking tape around it. The Bondo was 4/5 full and the hardener has clearly been used. I thought I have enough material for the job but ended up just a little short. Otherwise I would have returned it. Not happy.WAI
- 3 out of 5 stars review12/11/2023Cost a bunch! The thing is a bit of a dribbler, too. I dropped my original on a rug and all that broke was the plastic pour spout’s edge. It was impossible to get a cup filled without pouring all over the place. What a mess. No choice but replace and only once. If the coffee maker dies I’ll get a different style or model for sure.Pans
- 1 out of 5 stars review12/06/2023TERRIBLE customer service!! Buyer beware! ...I ordered an above ground pool on Black Friday and was given a date it would be here by. This date came and went, and all I had as far as tracking information went was "label created". When I contacted the company they were extremely slow in their responses, and ultimately just said it was "lost in transit" (I doubt it ever even shipped) and they would issue a refund. I told them I wasnt interested in a refund and would like the same item I ordered at a Black Friday savings re-sent to me then, as I would no longer be able to save hundreds of dollars if I ordered ot somewhere else as Black Friday has passed. They suddenly had "inventory issues" and told me I could order it from another seller. T...julie

I contacted customer support but they stated there was nothing they could do since it wasn't technically through Walmart. Maybe Walmart should stop allowing third party sellers so they could take care of their customers.Chelsea
