Did not honor request to mail to my residential address, as only go the distance to get mail from our box about 1-2x/month. Very happy to have it. Now need to order another part to attach to it as my old one -- which had the threads rusted off the piece that goes into the wall. If this one also gets left at our post office, It will be another 2-3 wks before we get to have the use of our only bathroom sink again. Packaging was fine, product arrived in perfect condition.

Wanted to return an item on Nov 30 within 2 days of receipt with a "Returns until Jan1" and they wouldn't let me without taking it to the post office myself BY Dec1 or - NEXT DAY. I won't be purchasing from this vendor again.

These suet cakes normally retail for $1.00 to $1.50, so I thought I was getting a deal on a bulk box of 12 (the size section indicates 12) - Nope! Only 1 cake for $11.00!!!! What a complete ripoff. Who on earth would pay that much for 1 suet cake? Obviously a total garbage rip-off seller. Will be returning immediately. Thanks for wasting my time.

I am not sure if this retailer was responsible for writing the description for this product, or the manufacturer was. Either way, I'd have really appreciated more information on it's "bean load" grinding capacity so I would have received a product that had the capacity that I needed size/capacity wise.
