Deceptive Reseller. Buyer Beware.
Please read the reivews from other members, this seller deliberately misidentifies items as 'New' when infact the items are 'Used' and ' Refurbished '. It cannot be forgiven as a "simple oversight' by the seller, when there are countless reviews stating the same thing and other deceptive practices.
Please dont waste your time and money with this company.

- 1 out of 5 stars review04/22/2024dislike that it was undisclosed that ohine was useless without verizon and that it couldnt even be used with wifi or prepaid cards...comes uo with search of phones that use prepaid cards but once received wont connect advises to go to verizon for set up.
- 1 out of 5 stars review04/11/2024Shipping was later than advertised, so I didn't have it in time, but it's a good thing, I guess, because the item wasn't shipped in a box other than the original lego box with a sticker, which is CRUSHED.. I am surprised it didn't break open, but who wants to give a gift that looks like it was run over and drug all the way here behind the truck. I will pay more next time with someone else. Lesson learned.Bree
- 1 out of 5 stars review04/01/2024I received a defective remote with my order and asked for a replacement, then I realized my entire order was wrong. Instead of a Roku Ultra, I received a Roku Ultra LT, which is a less expensive version of what I ordered. I paid $58 for my order. When I asked for a replacement of my order, I was offered $8 to resolve my issue. Let's recap; 1. A defective nonworking remote, and 2. a less expensive and less capable device for $50. Now, these items are restored and not new. A new Ultra LT Roku is $52 as of this review. Talk about Rip-off. - The Recon Group or VIP Outlet is doing a terrible job satisfying orders.Andrew

- 1 out of 5 stars review03/28/2024I purchased this item as a present with there being multiple in stock and after waiting several days, 12 hours before the promised and confirmed delivery I receive a message saying the order was cancelled because of the item being out of stock and it would be at least another 10 days before I got a refund! 8:35pm the night before delivery?!?!?! And the night before I am supposed to give it to my mother. Worse customer service I have ever seen!!!!Calvin

My item had crush damage to the corners of the album cover because it was shipped in an inferior mailer (Come on Walmart, all records should be double boxed for shipment and maybe there won't be so many returns).Michael

Had a sim card installed at the AT%26T store and the phone works well. Has good battery life just like the previous version.john
- 1 out of 5 stars review03/05/2024i ordered it online. said delivery sunday. then once it shipped they changed that i Monday. then fedex updated delivery to Tuesday. it was a 9 day wait on shipping. finally get it, and i can't activate it, because it wasn't scanned properly. i have to take it in to a Walmart to have it rescanned properly so that i can activate and use it.Nina
