This item comes from a third party website called Unbeatablesale.com. They shipped me a mop bucket instead of my high chair. Would not ship me my high chair until they received the mop bucket back. They did not make good by expediting the shipping for their mistake. I still have not received the high chair and their Customer service is HORRIBLE.

I contacted the costumer service regarding this issue and sent them the pictures of broken item , they transfer me from one department to another. I receive a package on 12/21/16 and I am still waiting for the solution. Very bad customer center. I would not recommend this seller.Miss

They wanted me to pay the cost of UPS boxing and wrapping at a cost of over $20. They shipped the two items FedEx with no box. I was hand the items by the FedEx man. Unbeatable Deal paid for return shipping, but not packaging. UPS would not ship without boxing, customer service would not make it right.SandBox

I will not buy from Unbeatable Sale if I have to pay that kind of shipping. The set were $22.00 each and I paid 17.00 to ship them. I could have paid a little more for the set at Wayfair and got free shipping.tintexas

This was standard shipping too and the box was not heavy. But still a value price considering prices of $100-300.Meme

I ordered it and when it arrived it has a broken wing. I was so sad because it's so pretty. I wasn't sure who to contact. I would love for just the wings to be replaced.Trish

I said I couldn't use the carrier because we couldn't lift the 80 pound canoe on top of the van. They said that if I paid the return shipping and had it insured and could provide a tracking number they would refund the purchase price within three days. they were very good about returning it.Stan
