Excellent company, took the time to send seperate confirmation of order and shipping and was above and beyond what i was expecting , this is how it should be , if you sell through another company at least be like these folks and make sure your customers are happy, i mean its your name associated with the item, EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY !!!!

Item was shipped in a shipping bag instead of a box. The product packaging is all smashed up. This item is a gift for my son, it took so long to arrive that I no longer have time to exchange it for an undamaged item.

Controller stopped working a week after purchase. Support from the marketplace seller said to contact Sony, Sony wouldn’t do anything. A waste of $70, wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

Beware of their return polices and their products. I’m not even convinced the controller I got was new. I get a feeling it was refurbished which is why the buttons don’t work properly.

I didn’t even realize this Xbox was coming from a third party. It did arrive earlier then expected, which was nice. It was in all the original packaging.
