Excellent company, took the time to send seperate confirmation of order and shipping and was above and beyond what i was expecting , this is how it should be , if you sell through another company at least be like these folks and make sure your customers are happy, i mean its your name associated with the item, EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY !!!!

Item was shipped in a shipping bag instead of a box. The product packaging is all smashed up. This item is a gift for my son, it took so long to arrive that I no longer have time to exchange it for an undamaged item.

- 5 out of 5 stars review12/05/2023i appreciated the turnaround to return the first unopened product i ordered and mailing of the new xbox. i was worried about the length of time it would take, as this was not a familiar vendor to me. however, i believe ANT made it a pretty quick process. did not however appreciate the more costly return fee for shipping, the box that ANT used was not the right size for the packaging and i was charged more than the original shipping because of the inaccurate representation that the original shipping label was listed as.Irene
- 1 out of 5 stars review12/04/2023they kept my money tied uo for a month. i still have yet to recieve my refund and they want a signature required for delivery. im not home monday through friday ubtil 3pm. they kept attempting to deliver beforehand. they are cheap and do not pay for any deliveries on weekends. this company is a scam. dont buy!!!!!josh
- 1 out of 5 stars review12/02/2023worst customer service ever! i tried getting the signature removed from delievery as I would not be home, I was told they couldn't. Not anticipating any package as it had not been signed for, they delievered to wrong address and stated I signed for it. Thankfulky i retrieved my package, but it items inside were damaged. I emailed the seller about the problem and they won't do anything about it. All they keep telling me is that it was shipped to correcr address and if I don't have it or it's damaged then it must be due to a neighbor or a burglar. I'll be proceeding with a dispute from my bank as I've given this compamy multiple opportunies to make this right and they are not.Brittany

When I called to ask the seller for help I was disappointed that they were unknowledgeable and very unwilling to help. However that being said it's a fantastic deal for 3 months of game pass which alone is $45 plus an extra controller which is $50 on sale and the actual Xbox for under $300!! It's a great price and was packed to survive a crazy delivery!!Kiki

And to top it off, I tried to contact the 3rd party company to ask if I could pick it up at my nearest Walmart. And they sent 4 long paragraphs basically accusing me of fraud. So thanks for the added stress. Never buying from them again.Abby
