Excellent company, took the time to send seperate confirmation of order and shipping and was above and beyond what i was expecting , this is how it should be , if you sell through another company at least be like these folks and make sure your customers are happy, i mean its your name associated with the item, EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY !!!!

Item was shipped in a shipping bag instead of a box. The product packaging is all smashed up. This item is a gift for my son, it took so long to arrive that I no longer have time to exchange it for an undamaged item.

The only issue I had that Atlanta Network Technologies could have prevented was to use UPS instead of FedEx. I had nothing but problems with the delivery. FedEx attempted two days in a row to deliver the package to a address in a town 30 miles from us. The delivery instructions said we needed to sign for the package so for three days, right here at Christmas time, we put our life on hold just to make sure someone would be home. Plus, if the delivery date changes after your purchase, they will not unlock the delivery with FedEx to allow for changes. I would not order anything from them again.Douglas

They put ridiculous stipulations on the delivery through fedex which fedex is not allowed to change without the seller calling them. When you call them to get help with the delivery you get nothing but attitude from them and no help what so ever. Please do your research on antonline.com before you buy from them. I assure you the bad reviews are true and I refuse to ever do business with them again.Nicholas

You will be charged the higher price! Complete false advertising from Walmart. Their customer service was unapologetic about the price discrepancy and said it was a glitch. The glitch has been there over a week! Also the order was placed on Dec. 10th and is not coming until Dec. 17th so now 2 day shipping as advertised either!BeachMom

They told me to call the police which I already had done, worst Customer Service ever. And porch Pirate’s sucks. No Xbox for my son for Christmas. Can’t afford to purchase another. Lesson learned. The items were poorly packaged in the box, and both the console and extra controller box were damaged. I contacted the seller, and they were very nice at first. However, after I sent pictures, they stated there was nothing wrong. In their words, "It appears as though there is only light cosmetic damage to the external packaging." They ignored the fact that the product had been opened before. Was this a refurbished item or broken item that someone else returned? Who knows and they didn't care.
