I ordered a phone. The wrong phone arrived and I emailed pcRush 3 times and included a capture of the phone that was advertised and they completely ignored what I was telling them. They offered me the option of a return and I again responded by requesting that they exchange the one they shipped for the one advertised in the photo. Nothing. Terrible shopping experience.

Another big issue I have with this company is the same item they sell for Walmart was cheaper on their website once it was put in the pcrush.com shopping cart. - 1 out of 5 stars review01/17/2015Will never order from a marketplace on Walmart again. Laptop delivered inop and PCRush customer service very poor and response is unacceptable at best. Ended up contacting Acer to make repairs of the inop laptop and that only took over two weeks. So total over all experience with this transactions was the worst I have ever had buying anything online with any company.Wyattunhappy

Shipping, of $9.74 for half pound package is excessive. The correct spelling of a common word, "Street", should be easy for an employee working in the shipping department to remember. I received it yesterday, which was only maybe a week after i ordered it.One of my only issues is that the box for the tablet was not secured inside of the shipping box also it can't be returned to walmart it has to be sent back to the company. Other wise I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a tablet for their kids.BrittneySwart
