I ordered a phone. The wrong phone arrived and I emailed pcRush 3 times and included a capture of the phone that was advertised and they completely ignored what I was telling them. They offered me the option of a return and I again responded by requesting that they exchange the one they shipped for the one advertised in the photo. Nothing. Terrible shopping experience.

The product color description was incorrect and in order to get the correct color I would have had to pay a 15% restocking fee, despite the fact the product description was wrong. They shipped in a timely matter and the product does work however.TenleyH

After 2 hours on hold with Acer, they never answered their phone. NEVER AGAIN will I shop at pcRush. They were not willing to work with us and offered zero help. First time and last time. Of course, I know this was not possible but I paid for the order and have the item. I haven't even taken it out of the shipping package.tdawgmcgee

I needed to replace a 10+ yr. old blender, and purchased this product for the glass top, its power, and its price. The blender is easy to clean. The lid is very secure and can be difficult to remove which could be a hindrance to arthritis sufferers. I like this blender which is kept on my counter top to use daily.cday

So called customer service, they authorized a retun with no restocking fee, but I decided to keep the processor and installled a graphic card. Computer is working well.clint6wood
