I ordered a phone. The wrong phone arrived and I emailed pcRush 3 times and included a capture of the phone that was advertised and they completely ignored what I was telling them. They offered me the option of a return and I again responded by requesting that they exchange the one they shipped for the one advertised in the photo. Nothing. Terrible shopping experience.

I will not pay shipping nor re-stocking fee because I was online in Walmart online and paid with Walmart credit. I asked customer service if they could help me with this issue and they told me to contact Canon. I found that the cable would cost anywhere from $350 - $600. I asked for a refund, but by the time I pay to ship it back, I would about break even.Steveo

It could have gotten here a lot sooner if it had used ups exclusively, instead of Post Office to UPS to Post Office. I t spent far more time in the hands of the Post Office. I ordered this wrench and love it however the clip to lock the case was broken during shipment. I have attached the pictures illustrating this in my emails.
