I Love this seller. I have received many items from them and never had a problem. One time I made a mistake in ordering a product, and emailed them that I did and they where very kind and understood that I needed to cancel it. I appreciate them also very much.

This is my second time ordering I decided to buy it one more time from this seller but once again they sent the wrong product I even tried calling and ordering it but she couldn't find the one I needed I don't recommend ordering this product from this seller not if you need the one for gray hair I was truly disappointed!

Unless this is taken care of I will not be making purchases from either your company or Walmart.com or the Walmart stores ever again!!!Upsetteacher

I gratefully thank them for providing this toothbrush since it is so unique in every aspect. They are top notch at customer service also since my order arrived so quickly, even though I did not order it to be delivered that fast. THANK YOU!!!LorrieC1
- 2 out of 5 stars review01/20/2017Ships using USPS, which almost NEVER actually delivers a package or an "attempted to deliver" slip to our building- they just tick the attempted to deliver box and leave it at the post office. So, it's a 1-hour chore to retrieve the box. UPS or FedEx seem to have no problem.needbettershipper

Had no more notices till the 12th of January that it was shipped on the 12th an won't be here till the 18th. Very poor service.ultraharley

They mark the item as shipped, provide a tracking number showing a label was created and thats where it ends. Product never actually ships, UPS never receives item. AVOID THIS SELLERAVOIDPHARMAPACKS

There were 2 different St. Ives lotions with almond oil available. I ordered the one with shea butter and they sent me the one with linseed oil. I liked it enough to keep it, but it really isn't what I ordered.Jenn

Also, they said that Walmart does not update their pictures for products in a timely manner. This is not even the same product. - 1 out of 5 stars review12/12/2016Check when you place orders on Walmart site if the orders are fulfilled by Walmart or pharmapack Since pharmapack takes orders and cancelles the order themselves after 10 days saying there is no stock or back order.Cerave yet to be delivered and my other order palmers olive oil cream cancelled by Pharmapack.they can't be reached on phone too 10 days lost Such a waste of our timeKish

I will NEVER buy anything packed by this company as this is the 2nd time I have had a problem with them. Never again!Joanne
