Good Lord. If your going to advertise something at a certain price, either let the buyer know it was a mistake and NOT fill the order or FILL the order and own the mistake. DO NOT fill a partial order and tell the buyer that you WILL NOT fill the remaining order. BAD for business. I guess that is why Circuit City is no longer in business in a brick and mortar store

One week later I received an email saying my order was on the way. I have not received anything else. 5.99 + tax was overpriced for 25 cups. I am not satisfied at all with this and will not be ordering from here again.Linnieb

I ordered 5 packs of cups. 10 days later I received a small box which contained only 5 packs of 25 each. I ordered 2,500 cups and only got 125. Of course there was no phone number to be found to complain. After much searching I found a link for customer service which they ultimately refunded my money.Ch48

Getting them on the phone was a nightmare and they refused to help out. After numerous emails and phone calls they finally said I could ship the 25 cups back for a refund. What a complete hassle and waste of time! And terrible customer service to boot! Will not order from them again.shoppingshtark

There's no way I would pay $10 for 40 cups, so I let them know I wanted a refund. Now, they send me a return label, and I have to package them up (got them about a month ago) and schedule a pick up due to their mistake. I would not recommend them.ss78

Although it arrived on time when the question was placed about inaccurate shipping quantity, they referred back to Walmart instead of them as being to blame for the error. Walmart honored and completed the transaction with a full credit. Something that was not offered by Circuit City.jean61
